Today I expecienced the Boston Marathon 2008 in Natick. This was my first time watching the marathon. I drove down to Hopkington Sunday afternoon to check out the start line and see what was going on. I snapped a few images that I’ll post shortly. Race day came and it was truly exciting. The energy, the people, and the drive to complete 26.2 miles. Wow! I’d love to run it and I hope to someday.
While watching the runners I was very curious to know what their internal conversation was. What they were thinking, feeling, and escaping to throughout the race. I think you can speculate on what was on their mind when looking at the images.
