The Colonnade hotel has a Smart Fortwo!

I had the distinct pleasure of capturing the Colonnade hotel’s new Smart Fortwo. They have a sweet blue and silver tridion cell hard top Passion with their logo on the side and back.  Here’s one of the images in the jumped out at me right away. Just a tease!

I’ve had a little bit more time to work on some of the images for the Colonnade. Their Smart is pretty slick I have to say after spending plenty of time looking it while editing. So, enough said. Here’s a few more that I really like. Long live the Smart!

The above image was shot using a technique that was recently taught at the Very Alt F seminar. It’s called painting with light. The idea is to program the camera to shot a frame every 5 seconds or so. You then walk around the scene flashing the scene when the shutter actuates. Pretty cool hah! The above frame is 8 frames that was painted together in Photoshop. It takes time but, I think the results are worth it.

It’s been pretty cool seeing the curiousity with the Smart. I’ve had so so many people and ask me questions about my little BW cabrio. Yeah, it’s small but, it’s plenty roomy inside and lemme tell ya. After a wedding, heated seats are my best friend. Yeah, you try luggin around a few cameras, lenses, crouching, standing up, crouching, dancing, and just plan ol focused attention… and you’ll know exactly what I mean. Heated Seats Rock! Anyways, yeah the Smart, Love IT! Seriously.
