As this being the 5th anniversary of the attacks on 9/11 I fell compelled to go to NY and capture the day. Unfortunately, I’m committed to attending a team building seminar on 9/11 and 12th. I’m very bummed. I’m pondering driving out to NY to catch some pictures of the ligts that are being lit from the sunset of 9/11 to the dawn of 9/12. I have a great desire to capture images from this anniversary. I really can’t explain all the reasons but, I’m trying to find the will to travel to NYC tomorrow and capture some images.
Also, I’m posting a link to a slideshow that I’ve saved from the days after 9/11. This came from a religous site that I found. It’s a slideshow with images from 9/11 and verses to accompany the emotion. It’s been very moving for me and I feel that I must share it.
Please find it in your heart today to remember those who’ve passed and offer support to those whom still suffer.
