Welcome to my Blogosphere!

Jeff started shooting as teenager and knew from the onset that this was a passion that created intense joy in his life. He pursued photography throughout life and in 2004 started shooting weddings. He's constantly striving to create unique images that encompass the excitement and love of your wedding day.

Jeff has worked to stay in the forefront of photography by working with photographers throughout the U.S. who have shared their vision and creative eye with him. His creative skills have been developed further by attending educational events for professional wedding photographers and numerous photography seminars.

Jeff believes in stepping out of the box and seeing the world from a unique prospective. Recently he's ventured into creating unique, stylistic portraits. He loves to create dramatic images that reflect his subjects' boldness. Jeff philosophy is that people, lives, and memories only happen once. He strives to find these moments, scenes, and emotions throughout your wedding day, and depict them in a fun and exciting way.

The Boston Marathon 2008 Photo and Picture Gallery – A gift for all the runners

I found some more pictures from the Boston Marathon 2008 that I really enjoyed and have to share. I also put together a gallery of pictures for the runners that ventured out and made it through Natick center. There’s about 1500 images on 13 pages. If you find yourself in any of these images and would like to use it for your personal use such as, a blog or personal website then feel to save them and I’d appreciate a photo credit if the image is used on your site (photo by Jeff Newcum Photography)

I am truly amazed by what I saw during the marathon. It was even more telling when I looked back and viewed the images that I captured. WOW! I may have to plan on running one of these years.

The Boston Marathon 2008 in Natick, Massachusetts

Today I experienced the Boston Marathon 2008 in Natick. This was my first time watching the marathon. I drove down to Hopkington Sunday afternoon to check out the start line and see what was going on. I snapped a few images that I’ll post shortly. Race day came and it was truly exciting. The energy, the people, and the drive to complete 26.2 miles. Wow! I’d love to run it and I hope to someday.

While watching the runners I was very curious to know what their internal conversation was. What they were thinking, feeling, and escaping to throughout the race. I think you can speculate on what was on their mind when looking at the images.

I caught some images of the elite female runners, the elite male runners, the wheel chair participants and the handcycles. The top finishers can be seen here.

More Pictures are Here!
